Former Bundesliga goalkeeper Patrick Nettekoven from Germany offers a uniquely high-level German goalkeeper program. To provide a comprehensive goalkeeper education, HEXER offers multiple goalkeeper group Trainings each week at different locations in the Los Angeles area.

TRAINING WITH HEXER
Your journey begins with a number of assessments, including a functional movement screen, body composition, and performance indicators.
We'll identify your strengths and weaknesses using the findings of your evaluations.
With our experience on the highest level our training program is perfectly designed to take you to the next level.
Growing athletes can acquire the knowledge, physical fitness, and competitive abilities they need through our training programs. For younger athletes, we have two very specific objectives: to lower their risk of injury and raise the quality of competition.
